ICE STARS FOR WOUNDED WARRIOR'S MISSION IS TO HONOR AND SUPPORT OUR RETURNING SOLDIERS
We honor our returning soldiers by raising awareness of these local heroes and issues associated with returning from war by hosting a series of fundraisers and community building events in the Pioneer Valley in Western Massachusetts throughout the year, culminating in a two-day Ice Stars for Wounded Warriors Celebration.
We support our returning soldiers by donating any proceeds after bills are paid for the Celebration to the Wounded Warrior Project.
Founded by Kerry Togneri in 2011, Ice Stars for Wounded Warriors presents a two-day Celebration that includes a Hockey Tournament with military and civil service teams, a Parade to honor our military men and women, and a Figure Skating Exhibition featuring Olympic, World, and International figure skaters that includes a rose dedication to our serving, fallen, and wounded military.
